I got theirs since another program I had purchase did not do the the job I needed and they refuse to help and the download option for the file was corrupted even the upgrade was bad and had the same issues as the original one I purchased and had to get a refund. Aiseesoft video converters are my first choice in video conversion because of the excellent comparability with hardware acceleration. I was nice to see that they folks were nice enough to take the constructive criticism of the product. As the slideshow was longer than the mp3 file and to have the same file loop would be nerve racking to say the least. I did inform the tech support people and they were open minded to the improvement on the next release for this option to be in it. I found another program call MediaJoin that let me put more than one mp3 together and the program accepted that file and I was able to complete my project for a wedding. They would not run at the time I wanted to run. I could not have 2 audio files in the slideshow. The other issue was a little more serious but a flaw of the program. I made a change to that one and that was corrected. I had some small issues with SlideShow maker.
